The developer expands its portfolio with the addition of The Heights Country Club and Grand Club Resort.
Emaar Properties in Dubai has unveiled two new luxury destinations within the city: The Heights Country Club and Grand Club Resort, situated alongside its recently introduced The Oasis project. Together, these developments represent a substantial investment totaling Dh96 billion. Following the pattern of its recent launches, Emaar’s focus remains on luxury and elevated living standards, with a significant portion of the properties comprising villas and townhouses.
Amidst a flurry of off-plan launches in the market, including flagship projects such as the revamped Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Islands (formerly Deira Islands), Emaar sees value in expanding its presence in Dubai. The Heights Country Club, spread across 81 million square feet and valued at Dh55 billion, and the Grand Club Resort, spanning over 60 million square feet and estimated at Dh41 billion, emphasize wellness features prominently. According to a statement, the resort is meticulously designed to offer world-class wellness facilities, promising an unparalleled luxury hospitality experience.
Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar, emphasized the company’s commitment to not only contributing to Dubai’s progress but also leading the way by creating exclusive lifestyle destinations with unmatched amenities that establish new global benchmarks.
Emaar’s stock performance reflects investor confidence, with Emaar Development, the subsidiary overseeing the Dubai projects, seeing a 45% increase in its stock value over the past 12 months, and Emaar Properties, the holding company, experiencing a 47% gain. Recent launches such as The Beachfront, The Valley, and The Oasis, coupled with leveraging the well-established Dubai Hills Estate, have further bolstered Emaar’s position in the market.
The Heights Country Club is set to be situated in Dubai’s Al Yalayis district, an up-and-coming area within the city. Adjacent to the ongoing development of The Oasis, the Grand Club project will be positioned along Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street. Once completed, The Oasis is projected to feature over 7,000 residential units.
