Meraas’ Dubai mansions work on track; set for mid-2024 handover
Each five-bedroom mansion gives residents the illusion of floating over the edge of the island with sweeping views of the open waters
Meraas, a prominent master developer affiliated with Dubai Holding Real Estate, has disclosed that approximately 56% of the construction for its Ocean Mansions project has been finalized. The upscale development is progressing as planned and is scheduled for handover in the middle of 2024.
Crafted by the Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, every five-bedroom mansion within the development imparts an illusion of seemingly floating on the periphery of the island. The residences offer expansive views of the open waters, as highlighted in the developer’s statement.
These mansions feature full-height windows, enveloping each 1,193 sq.m. residence in abundant natural light. The main communal areas in each home are oriented outward, offering panoramic views of the open water. Additionally, the interior seamlessly connects to a wrap-around terrace, housing a private infinity pool that seamlessly merges with the expanse of the Gulf.
Gracing the northern shore of the esteemed Jumeira Bay Island, the mansions facing the sea epitomize luxury and exclusivity. The development comprises a collection of seven properties, each crafted to offer an unparalleled level of sophistication.

The signature feature of each of the seven Bulgari Ocean Mansions’ façades is the glazed terracotta screen which protects, shades and creates ever-changing patterns of light and shade on the balcony and interior spaces.
